Hi big fellas
I have been using for 6 weeks now no great gains I know something is wrong my gym mates say up the gear but I have littel confidence in there knowledge .
I train Mon, Wed and friday I eat well slightly overweight using
200mg deca 200mg sus p week and 50mg dianabol p day
any comments

i think it coz of training you should be training 4-5 a week, whats your diet like?? and yeah 200mg of sus does seem a bit low but on the other hand can you list your cycle properly plus the ancillary drugs that you are using??

Your levels of juice are normal, you should see great gains at these levels. What brand of gear do you have?
How many calories you taking per day?

If it''s not the food, or training, it's the gear.

Tue 8 dianabol @ 5mg = 40mg

sat 8 dianabol @ 5mg = 40mg
Sunday nothing

Diet is a bit shit as Breakfast 2 toast brown
lunch beef /ham or chicken salad sandwich bottle water
dinner really depends on time
I try to eat good but whats good?

BTW, you are on 500mgs of Sus a week, not 200!

bro that diet sucks imo. its also best to shoot sust twice a week. you still need dbols on sunday also. bro you need to do a little more research for you own benifit and safety. cheers

you need to get your diet sorted out to gain bro, your simply not eating enough. aas wont work without the right foods

Thanks mate will read the site recommended and look at diet
the problem for me is I was quite over weight thats why I started training so it goes against the grain to eat lots of food.
It takes a long time to realise that lots of the right food wont make you fat .

Yeah, good luck.

Funny thing about foods, put yourself into Ketosis (eat fats and proteins all day) and you will lose fat! goes against the grain eh?

If you eat right, and the correct proportions, you can transform your body in no time. Once you know your BMR, your laughing.

whats your weight,height,bf%,how long have you bin lifting,whats your lifts on bench,squat,dl,mp, and any thing else you can tell us about your self????
 
You say you were overweight when you started? So, I assume you are trying to cut up. Even when trying to cut you have to eat. You seem to be eating like a bird, which will drop your weight, but you won't grow any muscle and benefit from your gear. Eat lots of protein and stay away from carbs and you'll see better results, even on the light cycle you're on.

What is a bit overweight?

How old are you?

The thing is, you won't see any muscles with fat overtop, as Arnie put it "you can't flex fat".

There are a lot of steroids that cause a great deal of water retention as well, so taking some can have you looked even worse while on, and make you think you need to eat less.

I think I would hold off the steroids, they are not the 'magic' answer to a great physique.
