hi all,

i am a new member to this forum looking to do my next cycle within the next month or so.

my stats
6'4"
260lbs
20% bf
training for the past 6 years
24 years old
i would like to put on some nice solid lean muscle mass any suggestions would be great.

i spent the past couple weeks on muscletalk and realized there must be an american site thats similar to this so thats how i got here.

Alright well i am going now...off to the Gym :)

I'm a bit confused, you say that you are 20% bf and want some lean muscle mass? Do you mean that you are looking shed fat? Because at 260lbs buddy you have lots of muscle mass, but it just hidden under the body fat!

I would start with your diet. Get yourself down as close to 10% (or lower) as
possible. I know that's a big difference, but you gotta have something to shoot for. Right now you have a bit too much fat to notice any lean muscle gains.
Anything you gain is still going to be covered up by the fat.

Shed that extra fat and you'll be amazed at the body that's under there.
(especially with the size that you have)
You may find out that you don't even need to hit the sauce.

Welcome! I agree with the guys. I would lose the bf. It will help your mindset and workouts when you can see the muscle fibers/pumps.
You have plenty of muscle though.... 208lbs of lbm!
Have you ever tried test ent with EQ. You can keep size and gain strength while dieting on this one. I have enjoyed it in the past. I am 6'3" at 240 @ 8 - 9% so we are in the same lbm catagory. Not sure what you have under your belt for previous cycles but I would go 500mgs test ent ew with 600mgs of EQ ew for ten weeks. Get your HCG and Clomid before you start!

i have not done a cycle i was looking to do one get my muscle mass up and then cut some fat looking for soem suggestoins on what to do
i was thinking something like this...i got suggestoins from a few people

1-8 deca
1-4 some sort of test injectable
4-8 winny
4-8 tren

nolvadex and proviron throughout cycle
and clomid for Pct
dosages i was going to get some more advice
