What's up everybody. Ya'll got a new member
. A lil info about myself:
Height: 6'2"
Weight: 205
Age:19
Personal Best's
Squats: 225x4 ass to floor
Deadlifts: 315x4
Bench:255x5
Cleans:185x1
Barbell Curls: 115x6
On a side note my leg lifts are extremely small because I just started serious weightlifting after knee surgery so hopefully they'll skyrocket up =). And now for my problem. Over the last few months at college my diet has consisted mainly of fatty, fried foods. This is all well and good but my family has a history of bad cholesterol. A few weeks back I noticed that my energy was down and my pumps started getting continuously smaller and smaller. My strength steadily started to drop. Also it seems like my hands get numb much quicker than usual. I fear that these months of neglect and bad diet have severly lowered my circulation. Well after finals I'm going to the doctors to get my blood work done etc and I'm starting to run again and plan on eating a lot healthier. Actually last nite was my first time running in over a year and a half. Just curious if anyone has any experience with cholesterol and circulation some advice would be much appreciated.
