Actually you are 100% correct... fuck my stats, I don't do shit with them... they are worthless... however I just wanted to prove im ready for AAS...

I guess I shoulda lied and said I am 40, suck at life and want to get ripped and have been working out for 20 years and eating well, what cycle?

Be back under another name I guess?

Prop 100 EOD 8 weeks with proper PCT and reduced calorie diet...
 
Guys, I was smaller than him the first time I benched 365. It can be done. Size isnt everything. Bench has always been something that came naturally for me. Not that I didnt work for it, but I was always able to bench more than people thought. Squat, on the other hand, I sucked at.

There's so much conflicting info in your initial post, no one can really help you. You don't know your own BF, yet you've been lifting since you were 14 and say you push weights that look unattainable with your amount of muscle mass. You say you haven't grown in 3 years, so you've been benching 365 every week for 156 weeks? You didn't post up any example of a daily diet, any example of a training routine, and gave us pretty much nothing to go on. So your answers are 13% and test, winny, tren, clen and var. Good luck.

Well I know how to eat that is for god damn sure... My body fat 6 months ago tested by a RADIOLOGIST (you prolly dont even know thats possible) was at 7% but I have been bulking ever since and got it tested at the local gym by caliper at 8.7% but I know I am higher. There is NO CORRELATION between being advanced and having the means to accurate body fat testing... I simply have not gotten it tested accurately lately...

I have not grown in height you retard... I said I was 18 and 210, im obviously 218 now and have grown in weight... I said the height comment so people wouldnt say that it'd shut my growth plates because I know they are shut already...


Now heres what I really want... Of all the people that have already talked shit (not some fucking BB Pro) I want some bitches to post their pictures and see if after all the juice you look decent... I think it'd be funny...

BTW My bench routine is like this 5x5 bench, 3x5 one inch wide high on chest, 3x5 one inch narrow low on chest, 3x5 bench (pause in sticking point), then cable cross 4x10 or Dumbell fly 4x10. And every workout my number of reps to 10,5,8,3... so all 10's one week, all 3's, all 5's, all 8's if that makes sense to you...
This changes every 6 weeks...

THIS IS A BENCH SPECIFIC WORKOUT

I am not a bodybuilder that reps incline dumbells and expects to have a big bench... just doesnt work like that
