hes not kidding, hes being ult**s little erin boy. by no means is there any case that would require 1g of gear for a first cycle. its dangerous and very stupid advise

Yeah, there are still some little hold-outs from the "90's" crowd who think more is better. It was a sort of "Post Dan Duchain Paul Borrison, Trevor Smith mentality. "(All of whom are dead). People have wised up since then. Well, most have anyway.

Funny how none of those old EF guys looked like much and most of them quit training after they couldn't make any gains with 3 grams a week. They sure were good at giving lots of advice though. Bad as it may have been.
 
if your trying to lean down, get your diet in check... this may not be the best for everyone but when i am cutting, my diet is 70-80% water rich foods. i follow the following:

the most water rich food are fruit;
FRUITS: there are four types of fruits--
1. SWEET-- bananas, dates, persimmons etc.
2. MELONS- cantelope,honey dew, watermelon, etc.
3. ACID- grapefruit, orange, blackberries, pineapples,strawberries, etc..
4. SUB ACID- apple, apricot fresh cherries, grapes, etc.

you should not eat fruits at the same time as other types of foods because they are digested with different stomach juices as other foods and this causes them to not digest properly and rot causing indigestion and gas.. also you will not absorb these nutrients properly and completely.. which means wasted food.

The next group in order of highest water content foods is:
NON-STARCHY VEGETABLES:
green beans, lettuce, mushrooms,spinach, celery, cucumber, egg plant, etc.

these can be eaten with proteins or starch/carb foods because they use the same digestive acids to be digested and put to use by the body.

next group is your STARCHY/CARB foods:
beans,breads,cereals, potatoes,etc..

next is your PROTEINS:

cheese, coconuts, eggs, fish, fowl, beef, milk, nuts, olives, nut butters, yogurt, etc..


then your FATS:
avocado, butter, olive oil, etc.

...

I listed all these because when I am trying to lean up without losing muscle, i eat mostly the first two groups because the more water rich foods you eat the faste your metabolism goes... i eat fruit always by itsself so i wont slow down.. but if you do throughout the day fruit for your first three meals, non starchy veggies for your fourth and a small protein/ starchy for your fifth meal, you WILL trim up...

the faster your body burns the more energy and health you gain.. so as you trim down you will speed up and reduce the aging factor.. I PROMISE>

ps, after i trimmed down with my diet and workout,, i went straight for sust :evil:..... but get all the other stuff in check first, i am also an ex college athlete that had slipped into a small spare tire.. now i look better than i did ten years ago when playing div1 basketball and i have a hotter woman and more energy and mental focus towards excellent living.
 
at 40yrs old you can get your test legally, but you have to get a blood test first to check that you have low levels of test. research.

My advise. Start low dose (2-3iu) GH. 5 days on two days off. For at least 6 months. Add 250 mg test enanthate first 2 weeks, then on to 500 mg/ week. Do test for 8 weeks on 8 weks off.

I did my first cycle at age 47,

57 now.
1 gram of test for his first cycle? yeah, that'll work. YOur a hardcore MF for 57 solid.

My tidbit of advice: Don't listen to anyone who claims to know it all. They are usually the ones selling' something and full of crap.
