New Member looking for good cycle

This are the products I have, this is my 2nd cycle 1st cycle was about 8 weeks ago i put on 20pds and kept 15 of it. Now I have 20cc of Deca 300
20cc of Sus 250
20cc of Tess 250
Pills called clomifeno

I am looking to put on size I am now only 145pds after 1st cycle, i was 130pds. I am age 24. I would like to add as much as possible and keep as much also.

on your 2nd cycle, i would do a solid cycle of 500mg sustanon for 10 weeks and deca at around 400mg for 10 weeks as well.. (pretty safe too by the way) what is extremely vital is that you eat your ass off.. american body building (ABB) has a drink called Extreme XXL- i would buy a case of those and drink at least one per day (1,100 calories) in addition to 2-3 servings of some protien shakes.. make a goal of getting in at least 3000-3500 calories. make sure you only train each body part once per week and totally destroy the body part you are working.. if you do this, i can see you packing on a good 20-30 pounds and keeping quite a bit of it.. just begin your clomid about 17-20 days after your last shot
 
Heavyweight gainer 900 by champion is better if your looking for something that isnt like drinking syrup(and high in sugar I believe). As for the cycle 500 mg sus and 400 deca for 10 wks sounds good. I would wait another few weeks before I start though because you really have not had much time off, and gaining that kind of weight does put a lot of strain on your body.
 
Thank You for the advice, any other help I am open for. I also have a 100 Dbol pills I could add in if you guys think it would be worth it.
 
Also I know the test, sus, deca give size. But what is a good source to mix with them to add strength? I got alot bigger my first cycle but my strength did not go up as hoped. Thanks again
 
Did not really lift hard natural, just maintained a regular gym routine. never really added any wight just some strength from when i was kid.
 
i was also curious frackal.... ideally, one would want to start juicing after developing some more naturally.. it seems that at 130 pounds, he definately wasn't in prime to start juicing, but being 24 and eager to indulge i can definately understand.. mite as well start
 
Only problem is if you dont know how to put muscle on without juice how do you plan on maintaining muslce post - cycle.
 
I have a killer work out routine, I train with a few guys that compete locally here in fl, and have built me a killer work out routine, I am physically fit I do alot of surfing, motocross,moutain bike and started gym alot about 8 months ago. Now just trying to get bigger and keep it on and add more strength.

Bingo! I would like to see tis guy wait and get some natural foundation to build on first, but that probably won't happen? :(
If you are only 145 and training as hard as you say, then my guess would be 1. Your diet is lacking big time (calorie wise) 2. You are overtraining (a result of #1). Diet is EVERYTHING.
 
Natural I put on about 10 pds also before using anything but no more then that. I eat the right amounts my buddys drew up a full diet program also, and i do my shakes american whey, muscle milk and pro complex. I just have a very very fast mutabalizim. I am only 5,6 and 23 I do everything cardio such as motocross surfing and mountin bike all cross train sports so i stay fit that way
 
It sounds to me like since you are very active you are probably burning more calories than you think. You should track your diet for a week, writing down EVERYTHING you eat, what time, what macronutrient breakdown is in each meal. This will give you a good gauge of just how much you are REALLY eating. Then you can "play" with your food intake from there and know exactly how many calories you need to grow. 10 lbs naturally is nothing at all, you will find that with time and experience just how important diet really is. Since everyone's dietary requirements are so different then for your buddy to draw up what works for him probably (more likely obviously) is not working for you.
 
if possible, try to do your cardio stuff early in the morning or maybe even try to limit it or cut it down some. Concentrate on one thing at a time...either lift hard or ride hard but both together will work against each other...if that makes sense.
