the past 3 months, I havent drank or partied, ate really good, and sleept aot, and while chaning my trainig to more volume and upping the reps to 8-12 for work sets, instead of 3-5 reps, i gained 12-15 pounds. my measurements went up about .5-3/4 on an inch. my waist stayed the same.
im about to try HST in a few weeks, I heard you can gain 4-12 pounds at the end of the 8 weeks.
