arm: 16.5
bf: ???

i need to lose some bf :)

yo, i cant. my doctor said anything over 170 will eventually give me health problems. should i be worried about that? or should i just work my heart more?

Yeah doctors don't know shit about shit when it comes to people who train heavy. I am 100lbs heavier that I am supposed to be according to doctors. My puls, bloodpressure, and cholesterol are all well below the normal range for an adult male. It all comes down to maintaining "your" body. As long as you don't see any negative health effects there isn't any reason to be really concerned.

By the way how much have your measurements changed?

the past 3 months, I havent drank or partied, ate really good, and sleept aot, and while chaning my trainig to more volume and upping the reps to 8-12 for work sets, instead of 3-5 reps, i gained 12-15 pounds. my measurements went up about .5-3/4 on an inch. my waist stayed the same.

im about to try HST in a few weeks, I heard you can gain 4-12 pounds at the end of the 8 weeks.
