Hello, everyone Im 12.5 st and 29 and 6 ft ! I have been eating a lot of food each day beef 3 times a day etc, over the last 3 weeks and lifting 30 mins every other day, I aslo do 4 hours a week martial arts which burns calories a lot I have a super fast metabolism and poo like 4-5 times a day
I am geting bust up due to me being so skinny , im also super impatient
I have seen no improvement to my size or weight over the 3 weeks. ow I also did 3 tubs of progain 6 shakes a day give or take,
im looking fore advice, and help to get big! lean and big! I have been thinking of doing 6 week,s of test ,E.
would this be a wise thing to do, I just need a jump start ? I have not read the pages and pages of rules yet,
I hope to learn where to, and where not to "look" fore things
