New job, new schduele new sleep pattern?

Hey guys, just a general question about sleep and recovery. I am taking a new personal training position. Hours are real early, sometimes I have to be at work at 5:30 am. And since I live about 30 minutes away I may be getting up at like 4 am ! I was wondering if I could possibly get like 6 hours of sleep at night (10pm to 4 am) and then come back for a 2-3 hour nap around noon or 1. Will this completly fuck with my sleep pattern? Will it be beneficial at all? I know some top Pro bodybuilders do something like this (sleeping twice a day). I just don't want to have to go to bed at 8pm to get sufficient sleep, especially since on the weekends I'm sure I will be up late like 4 am (when I normally would be waking!).

I'm really worried about this job effecting my training so ANY advice input on sleeping and sleep patterns and how they will be effected by this change will help me seriously and eleviate A TON OF STRESS!!!!!
