Stick to Primo and Anavar. Run 150mg primo a week with 20mg anavar a day. Run for 8 weeks with a PCT. Youll gain well, and keep sides to virtually zero.
I have trained a few women before. HGH at 2iu a day will work wonders too if you can afford it!
Eek. Ok, just because this one guy posted up this wild & very aggressive cycle, let me address each of these - this stuff may work great for whoever he recommended this for, but let's be REAL specific about who we are talking about here. An established natural FBB who has never cycled. So what does this mean? You have NO idea how ANY of the listed chemicals would affect you individually in SMALL doses, so knowing that these are controlled substances that are legally (in the US anyway) prescribed by a doctor and monitored closely & usually NOT aggressive doses. And additionally, the basic idea that these are MALE HORMONES, it is CRITICAL that a FEMALE not just randomly throw a pile of them into her own system where the balance of all hormones is what determines your moods, your health, etc. Also knowing that "sides" exist, if you have already made the decision that you want to cycle (note this is NOT a small decision to make & should have a lot of research & consideration behind it before even committing to the idea...) Oh yea, and GH is a whole other discussion. And why is this guy talking about PCT???
Generally you will find that var or primo are recommended as the favorite, most predictable, least sides cycles for women. I agree w/ QT, of the two, var is by far the more predictable, least sides. Primo is an injectable (first introduces the needle into the whole discussion), has a significant chance of being a fake (or at least has been in recent years) and it really is harder on your body than var will be.
Rules for 1st-time cyclers:
1) Only run ONE of anything at a time. i.e. NO STACKING anything you've never used by itself.
2) LOW doses. You can always increase if you want. But if you go in hard you have no idea if it will work better at lower doses. MORE is not better.
3) LONG cycle - women don't have to worry about an exogenous source of male hormone turning off their own hormone production like guys do (i.e. limpy dick, deca dick, etc), so we are able to run the cycle longer and w/o the post cycle therapy guys require to kickstart their natural test production that dropped off during their cycle.
4) W/ any cycle, diet should be 100% clean -- no alcohol or anything that will add additional stress to your system that is trying to deal w/ the AAS. Also include good anti-oxidants to help your body deal w/ any waste that can accumulate.
5) Consider including acidophilis in your pile of supplements - one of the "sides" of AAS can be the occurrence of yeast infections.
Like scorpiogirl suggested - if you choose to cycle, go w/ the var, starting at 5 mg. Split the dose in 1/2 - 1/2 in the AM, 1/2 in the PM to even out the impact on your body - var has a half life of around 8 hrs. It takes about 2 weeks to show any results (sides, "feel" it, results, whatever), At that point, if you either are not seeing results or feel that you would like to bump it up, go up to 10 mg / day, same deal w/ splitting the dosage. Really no reason to go anywhere above 15 mg/day. Don't take it as a personal challenge to see how high you can jack up your dosage. Var is mild but it will allow you to recover faster - the results will be driven by your diet & training.
Just a note - also make sure you trust whatever source you have -- make sure whatever you are taking is actually what you think it is. Also the brand can affect your results - some, esp underground labs can over dose or underdose.
