Stick to Primo and Anavar. Run 150mg primo a week with 20mg anavar a day. Run for 8 weeks with a PCT. Youll gain well, and keep sides to virtually zero.
I have trained a few women before. HGH at 2iu a day will work wonders too if you can afford it!

Welcome to Elite TPS i moved this thread for you!

Primo causes hairloss in women just incase that would bother you. Not sure about the dose he's advising. The research I've done on Var would suggest that 20 mg to START would be high. Most say start with 5-10mg and increase as needed. Zero to no sides for most women. Hopefully Sassy or one of the other girls will pop in and give their 2 cents.

I would suggest doing a search on this board or even the web - there is TONS of info. on this.

That is a bit much for a first cycle and primo is not as mild as most think. Best to start of with a single cycle compound. Var has the least chances of sides.
Since your a comp BB I would assume your diet and training is spot on. Least chances of sides is anavar. I have NEVER had any problems with var start at 5 mg a day for 2 weeks see how it is affect strength gains etc if your feeling fine and no sides you could bump it up to 10 or even leave it at 5 I think longer cycles are better 10-12 weeks at a low dose like 5-10mg.

thank you everyone...i have not decided yet if im going to jump in...still doing alot of research and this place is a great place to learn. so for my 1st time anavar alone? id rahter start small...id like to add about 6-8 lbs lbm.
as far as diet and training....i eat about 1400 cals a day...lift hard and heavy..protien at about 150 g a day. bf about 15%

Eek. Ok, just because this one guy posted up this wild & very aggressive cycle, let me address each of these - this stuff may work great for whoever he recommended this for, but let's be REAL specific about who we are talking about here. An established natural FBB who has never cycled. So what does this mean? You have NO idea how ANY of the listed chemicals would affect you individually in SMALL doses, so knowing that these are controlled substances that are legally (in the US anyway) prescribed by a doctor and monitored closely & usually NOT aggressive doses. And additionally, the basic idea that these are MALE HORMONES, it is CRITICAL that a FEMALE not just randomly throw a pile of them into her own system where the balance of all hormones is what determines your moods, your health, etc. Also knowing that "sides" exist, if you have already made the decision that you want to cycle (note this is NOT a small decision to make & should have a lot of research & consideration behind it before even committing to the idea...) Oh yea, and GH is a whole other discussion. And why is this guy talking about PCT???

Generally you will find that var or primo are recommended as the favorite, most predictable, least sides cycles for women. I agree w/ QT, of the two, var is by far the more predictable, least sides. Primo is an injectable (first introduces the needle into the whole discussion), has a significant chance of being a fake (or at least has been in recent years) and it really is harder on your body than var will be.

Rules for 1st-time cyclers:
1) Only run ONE of anything at a time. i.e. NO STACKING anything you've never used by itself.
2) LOW doses. You can always increase if you want. But if you go in hard you have no idea if it will work better at lower doses. MORE is not better.
3) LONG cycle - women don't have to worry about an exogenous source of male hormone turning off their own hormone production like guys do (i.e. limpy dick, deca dick, etc), so we are able to run the cycle longer and w/o the post cycle therapy guys require to kickstart their natural test production that dropped off during their cycle.
4) W/ any cycle, diet should be 100% clean -- no alcohol or anything that will add additional stress to your system that is trying to deal w/ the AAS. Also include good anti-oxidants to help your body deal w/ any waste that can accumulate.
5) Consider including acidophilis in your pile of supplements - one of the "sides" of AAS can be the occurrence of yeast infections.

Like scorpiogirl suggested - if you choose to cycle, go w/ the var, starting at 5 mg. Split the dose in 1/2 - 1/2 in the AM, 1/2 in the PM to even out the impact on your body - var has a half life of around 8 hrs. It takes about 2 weeks to show any results (sides, "feel" it, results, whatever), At that point, if you either are not seeing results or feel that you would like to bump it up, go up to 10 mg / day, same deal w/ splitting the dosage. Really no reason to go anywhere above 15 mg/day. Don't take it as a personal challenge to see how high you can jack up your dosage. Var is mild but it will allow you to recover faster - the results will be driven by your diet & training.

Just a note - also make sure you trust whatever source you have -- make sure whatever you are taking is actually what you think it is. Also the brand can affect your results - some, esp underground labs can over dose or underdose.

wow! thanks for taking the time to reply! i have learned more here in a souple days than anywhere else. i like the idea of talking to women 1st hand. thank you so much...im still deciding and searching for a good link to it.

Yah do your research before doing any cycle and try training first.. some ladies here have done cycling some have not.. but quite a few have seen tremedous result regardlous of training or cycles..

You do what you think is best for you but always do your research and don't feel bad to ask questions.. no question is silly.. :)

If you do decide that a cycle is an option.. make sure you have exhausted all other options and that you are at your best:) (IMO)

Var is a good option and if you haven't done anything as sassy suggestioned only run one at a time..

A lot of us have done research.. quite a bit.. Sassy really knows her stuff and is quit respected look at her pics.. she is a real inspiration and has competed - (look at her Avatar)

good luck hun

Unless that one guy w/ the 150 g primo + 20 g var + Gh is just trying to mess w/ you, that is representative of the sort of responses you will get from guys - they may be trying to help, but their point of reference (a guy's cycle) is waaaaay off from what is appropriate for women. Just a little extra male hormone goes a long way for women. Too much, and you sometimes have no way out of sides like a deeper voice, etc.

And like MissFit said - esp on this forum, please ask questions, but we will almost always start out w/ the questions -what is your current stats, diet, training, cardio, goals & experience w/ training. So many girls come on who just want to "lose weight & lean up". Some guy told them dbols will lean them up so they start looking for that and expect to look like some super model in 20 days or less regardless of their 3 donuts/day & no gym habits. So, yes, research on aas is critical to your decisions, but none of it matters if your diet, training & cardio aren't already well-established & spot on. No quickie fixes :)

thanks girls..so how long can i stay on anavar? i am looking at shows in may andjune. i currently am a usbf pro (natural) so this decison weighs on me not competing that route anymore. sassy can i PM or e mail you for ???
