New here, but 29 years training. Need advice
1) Age 41
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 205lbs/15.5%
3) Years of Consistant Training experience Sometimes life gets in the way but fairly consistent. I've been in many Magazines as a Fitness Model.
4) Previous Cycle experience Age 21 Cyp 400 a week about 4 on 4 off 4 on. Gained 50lbs. Age 22 tried Anadrol half a pill a day of whatever strength was around then, too long to remember. did it for 2 weeks. Turned me into superman, a DICK and dropped my bodyfat.
Recently wanted to try VAR turned out to be Dbol I think (go ahead and start bashing me, I deserve it.) I was gaining quite of bit of weight and felt AMAZING but it is not what I wanted.
Got some BD 50s Started with one a day then moved to 2 a day. I'm told they run more like 35 per pill instead of 50. I was able to work out harder, but even though my diet was about 95% good I was not dropping any Bodyfat. I stopped and felt like crap. working out became a chore. I still keep at it, but its tough. My blood sugar drops as soon as I start training.
5) Training routine and Diet At 41 a host of injuries I tend to light, lots of reps with 10 seconds between sets. I've dropped many a big guy with my routine. Love Squats, cleans, kettlebells. I think I do to much HIIT to be gaining muscle though. As for diet I have trouble eating enough.
6) Cycle Goals I would like a bit more muscle, but shredded is the key.
I'm so out of the loop I didn't even know you guys called it gear. My source is a guy who gets just what ever he can. Not that reliable, can't get what I need unless he is lucky and I don't even think he knows what is real. PCT doesn't exist to these guys. Don't know where to go for a source. So many people online with wonderful websites, but all seems like crap. Some of these forums are set up by people selling their supps claiming they are as good as sauce (that is what I used to call it) I just don't know who to trust.
I have the BD 50s still. I think the problem was I needed test. I got some blood work done for something else and my T is low. I'm going for another test in a week. I will post all the results when I get them from the Doctor.
