Ok, i am 17 years old, 5'6", which is kinda short for my age, and weigh 140lbs. Its all fat, i dont eat well at all, or i didnt, i stopped now, and I am looking for a way to lose my gut and gain muscle. I picked up some 4+5 Andro from a supplement place, and I plan on taking those before a regular workout every day, or everyday i can. Any other tips? Whats something I should eat for lunch that will fill me up somewhat, but also is good for me? T hanks
