Ok, i am 17 years old, 5'6", which is kinda short for my age, and weigh 140lbs. Its all fat, i dont eat well at all, or i didnt, i stopped now, and I am looking for a way to lose my gut and gain muscle. I picked up some 4+5 Andro from a supplement place, and I plan on taking those before a regular workout every day, or everyday i can. Any other tips? Whats something I should eat for lunch that will fill me up somewhat, but also is good for me? T hanks
 
Take that Andro Back asap. Fast gains vs messed up prostate and bitch tits is a no brainer man.

Start with building a solid foundation with diet, PM me if you need a little guidence.

And start a 5 day training split adding a little cardio on the weekends.
 
I agree, drop that andro ASAP. Diet is the key here. Many of the magazines will cater to your natural weakness and promise fast and impressive results if you use their supplements. Im sure everyone here call tell you it is a load of hogwash.
