I found better.
I know it's cheap, a great cycle starter, and widely available, but not for me.

Running 2 17AA 'roids at the same time is gonne be hard as fuck on your liver
That said:
Dbol 40mg Break up the dosages. 8 hour half life
Winny 50mg each day. You can drink it.
6 weeks max.

Do some research on liver aids and PCT.
There's a PCT board here with stickys that explain what it takes to get your balls working again.




What he said! 2 orals are hard on the liver.

You want to get your feet wet run Dbol alone. 6 wks 20ed.
Drink plenty of water, take Tylers liver Detox(AF store)

or plan a test /Dbol cycle you will be pleased!

I just got some d-bol and winstrol can anyone advise me on the best way to take them?

No offense, T-Bone, but I think it may be a good idea if there was a "newbie board" here. Think of it, newbies wouldn't get flamed, it would clear up this board and more educated mentors could rack up karma helpin' brothers out.
