Hey everyone!! I am interested in powerlifting and need to find a good book on training & lifting techniques. Any suggestions as to books and authors?
Also my current lifts in the gym with pretty good form are:
(I am 40yrs old and weight 215lbs.)
Bench: 385lbs (No gear)
Squat: 665lbs (Knee wraps, belt)
Deadlift: 550lbs (knee wraps, belt)
Would these lifts be competitive in competition?Any info would be greatly appreciated.
