im 6' 185 tho it dont look like it. athletic cause of sports. about to start first cycle . kinda late comer at 28 but need to get right. lookin for pointers. buddy here says to eat,eat,eat thats not a problem never has been. any and all pointers welcome
lifting history: i ve been lifting off and on for 18 mos.
body fat: no clue
first cycle : 250 mg test enanthate 2ce week
nolva for pct
diet: high protien intake, high carb intake, and lots of vegies

Food Is Definatly The Key If You Are Going To Do A Cycle. If You Dont Eat Enough Then Forget It And Dont Even Do It. You Have The Right Idea Food Is The Key. 4000 Cals A Day Or So Should Do You Right. Peace Bro!!!!!!

Welcome..read the stickies up top and you'll do fine..but first...you've only been lifting for 18 months??? on/off????? what is your understanding about AAS and training? what do you want to happen off this cycle?

Welcome to the best fitness/ lifting boards on the Net! you will learn a lot.. like swordfish said.. read the stickies and as much as you can (you'll get addicted) but its better to know what you gettin yourself into before doing it.... only tryin to help... goodluck!

For real though, he's committed to training 4 or so times a week-Ive written him out a training split, he's eating his ass off (but still not as much as me!!!!), and he aint gonna 'wimp out...' So all vets give him some good advice too, okay? Thanx.
