New Glutamine??

If it's anything like Effervescent Creatine it's a bunch of crap. I had the effervescent creatine, drank that peuky stuff, gained nothing. Bought regular creatine, (creapure) and did gain something off it.
In a way i think these supplement companies just change a product slightly, make up this wacky theory on how it will work, and sales jump up. Later on consumers realize it's a bunch of crap. I'm not saying the glutamine thing will be crap, all i'm saying is be careful or skeptical.
