its called retin-a micro, it does exactly what accutane does, except it is appied tramsdermally; which would mean that it doesnt stress you liver. It also kicks in in 2 weeks and supposively clear you in 6 weeks; i thinking of trying it out, considering im on orals now.

go ahead and type retin a micro on yahoo and read up on this new acne med.

New? Retin-a has been around a while, Im not sure what the "micro" refers to but it has been available for years and years pretty cheap at least in mex, if we are talking about the same thing it is harsh on the skin, does not compare to accutane at all IMHO.

It may be good but it's not comparable to accutane. Probably good for mild acne.

Sounds intriguing. I just don't understand how
you'd get the active ingredient NOT to pass
through the epidermal layers completely.

Also, how on earth is it metabolized then?

It HAS to be somewhat toxic because retinoin
is FAT SOLUBLE.
