After a few warmup sets, I did
1x2 with 275
1x1 with 315, and then
1 with 365!!
This was the second time I ever attempted this. The first was many months ago, before I cut down a few pounds. 6 weeks ago, I could only pull 335. This was right after my leaning up, and just starting the 5x5 routine. Tonight, I was like, fuck it, I'm going heavy. 405 is around the corner baby!!
Also, I set my deadlift goal that I had posted on B Fold's thread. I think I had it set for 345 for 355. Boo yeah!
