So, today was chest day, and after doing chest, I still felt like I had a bunch of energy SO I figured I'd go for DL max.
I warmed up with 225X12 then 315 X12 and one more at 405 X7. I was feeling absolutely charged, I've done 455 before 3X and I figured I'd go straight for 5 plates. So, I slap on 5 plates a side and I pull like a son of a bitch, nearly crapping my intestines out and Pulled 495lbs once! Granted it's not absolueley insane weight, I just thought I'd share because I feel like a king today.
And, so you know, I have only been deadlifting since January, and January being my first time deadlifting my whole life.
