new cycle help

hey guys need yer input, have access to pretty much anything rite now and would like to start up on another cycle
ive takn one before and that consited of sus250 and dbol, had some gains nothing to great.. wasnt very pleased and i did have a strict diet plan
my stats
hieght 6'4
weight 190
bf around 9-11%
lifting for 4 1/2 years

put on a good 30 pds since i started and feel as if ive reachd a platue
my diet consists of high protien and carbs with the added help of muscle milk about 150 grams a day
i usually spend anywere from 2-3 hrs in the gym a day and take 2 days off a week usually a tuesday and saturday
what i am looking to get out of this next cycle is to mainly bulk and cut away most of the bf i have.

as said in another thread i am 20 but turn 21 in april for that matter and that is around the time when i would like to start the cycle for summer.....
any input greatly appreciated
 
Haven't trained long enough and not old enough. If you did a test/dbol cycle you should have gained a lot with proper training and diet, and as young as you are.
Your not 21 so we can't help you at this point.
Damn why can't people train for 10 years before starting to ask for AS help!!
 
yess another audii guy! its a b6 w. a gtrs pushn like 295 rite now! now cars are my passion im on audizine atleast 3 hrs outta the day haha
no i was ignorant and yung(Still am) and didnt do anything pct.. cept noexplode and cellmass..... nothing to help w. te juice

If that was your full days worth of protein then there is have your problem. You need to double that number.
 
if you kept nothing off your first cycle then you obviously did no PCT. Your 6'4 190? i would strive for nothing less than the area of 375 grams of protien a day. 2-3 hours in the gym is way overkill. if your natural at the moment then you need to keep it heavy and brief. Look into the 5x5 training program.
 
i lookd for the 5x5 training nothin really showed, i do 3x6 at the gym warm up get heavy then max myself on each workout... the 2-3 hrs isnt strait lifting i usually play bball or pound on the bags for a good 45 mins also for cardio
