New Cycle after being off a while

that is what i have on hand , that is not what i am planing on doing. my question is from being off a while what should i jump on with and for how long and then when and what should i switch to?

Get your diet and training in check the next few months then run a cycle. But you don't need all that for a good cycle, and definitely save that Tren for way down the road. With your experience don't do the Tren for a long time. After a few months of getting in shape and eating right here is what I'd do:
Weeks 1-10 Test E 2 amps wkly
Weeks 1-5 Equipoise 2ml wkly
Weeks 6-10 Winstrol 1ml rod
Then 2 wks after your last pin start your PCT. But trust me bro if you bust your ass in the gym and eat right before your next run you will see better results. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Your going about this the wrong way. You aren't a competitive bodybuilder. Do your cycles in moderation. You use the gear for breaking plateaus. After you get a good training schedule and your diet dialed in you aren't gonna need to run 3 cycles a year. I'm 33 and have only ran 4 cycles. I'm currently doing my first 1 in over a year. And it might be the last one I do this year or it might not it all depends on how things are going with my body and goals.

diet i really dont diet but dont eat bad. my typical day to day food looks like this:
BREAKFAST (8:30am)- 3 egg whites, whole wheat toast, cottage cheese w/pineapple, fresh fruit, cappacinno
LUNCH (2:00pm)- grill chicken wrap with avacado, tomato, lettuce w/small chicken noodle soup
SNACK (5:00pm)- coffee
GYM (6:30pm)-weights (1 body part per day 5 days a week) no cardio
DINNER (8:00pm)- what ever my wife cooks (she cooks good) =(
BED (11:00pm)

You don't eat bad because you don't eat, this isn't enough food for a 12 year old girl...

A few suggestions;

1st meal has wayyyy too much sugar

Too long between the 8:30 meal and the 2pm, then you don't eat at all till 8pm????

I'm sure your wife is a great cook but "whatever my wife cooks" may or may not be what you wanna eat...

What's happening here is 1 of 2 things, or both;

You're extremely catabolic

OR

Your body is in starvation mode & desperately holding onto the small amount of food you put into your body as fat...

You're weight training with no fuel in your body, without protein in your body to build muscle your weight training is useless...

If you're training 5 days in a row it's too much without a day off, if you're taking days off in between then OK...

No cardio? You want to "solid up" do cardio...

No AAS in your immediate future...

A few suggestions;

1st meal; make it 6 egg whites with 2 yolks, drop the fruit, and change the cappuccino to regular coffee without sugar

2.5-3 hours later and every 2.5-3 hours after eat 7-8 oz of protein (lean meat)

With each of those meals you can do this:

Day 1 carb @ every meal
Day 2 alternate carbs/vegetables
Day 3 vegetables @ every meal

Post workout IMMEDIATELY consume an serving of protein & carbs, MORE than you normally eat in other meals...generally a post workout shake is optimal here, you can throw a small amount of fruit in there to help with the protein synthesis

ONE HOUR later another serving of protein 6-7 oz....

An hour or so before bed have a small amount of slow digesting protein (egg whites) or cassien protein...

Drink water all day...

DO CARDIO...
