New cycle Advice

bloat seems to be a common side and concern. i am on my second week of sus at 500mg now and understand bloat commonly sets in after a few weeks.

i got some clomid for PCT but am not taking anything for bloat. i am a lean guy, havent' seen any bloat, yet...but for all you guys who have had a problem with AAS bloat i have a question. do you do much cardio on your cycle? nelson made a good point that cardio is a natural and effective defense against bloat.

Whattup glennds? To answer your question, I never do cardio....really bad knees. I just waited it out, but next time I will probably run A-dex.I'm running Var and Eq now, NO BLOAT, and awesome strength and vascularity!!! What a combo!!

charlie that sounds like an excellent stack! maybe i will consider that for my next cycle. i gotta admit i am enjoying my sus cycle so far and have seen some minor gains, like 3 lbs, over two weeks. 3 lbs may not seem like a lot but i am definitely looking bigger. i am doing cardio, although not excessive, that i hope will prevent bloat problems.

now that i have been doing sus i didn't realize there are a lot of guys who advise against it. on s---ology.com there is even a sticky about it. oh well, i plan to continue. i am learning that everyone has different goals, body types, and reactions and tolerance to sides so a lot of this whole AAS thing is trial and error even after doing much research.

i did my fourth glute injection yesterday. this time i feel much less pain in my glute than the first two times. is that typical? why would it hurt less this time?

I jumped up to 60mg a day Orbit Var and 500mg a week Orbit Eq. As for the pain, I have only had pain from injections 1 time. And that one was like my 4th or 5th injection. But as far as Sus goes, I did like it, but that's too many kinds of tests for my body.
