New cycle & 5x5 start today

So happy. Gonna run 800mg denkall test. I've decided to run a longer cycle and keep my doses in check to see how that works as compared to the usual 10-12 weeker. I have winny and tren that I'm going to throw in after the 5x5 is done. I'm currently 192. 5'9". Not sure on bf%. Kinda soft right now though. Diet is in check. High protein and high cals. Clean.
 
5x5's give me good strengths gains as long as size gains when i was natty. only 9 sets per bodypart. in and out of the gym really fast. its nice. just started doidn the 5x5's a few days ago for precontest.

If I don't eat enough, I may look flat, but I'll definitely be more ripped than normal.

5x5 Is An Excellent Set And Rep Scheme U Should Do Well With It Try 10 Sets Of 3 It Works Wonders And I Better Not Hear Anyone Say U Cant Get Big On 10x3 Cuz If U Add 5ilbs To The Bar Everytime Ull Get Huge If U Train The Fast Twitch Ull Grow
