Valerian Root herb- 350 mg

Skull Cap herb- 50 mg

Melatonin- 500 mcg

Passion Flower herb- 300 mg

5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP)- 25 mg

Reduce the amount of valerian, skull cap, and passion flower by at least half to make way for inositol. Add 500mg of inositol per capsule. Sens me free bottle.
