Whats up guys, it's been a while but believe me was I busy! So I tried out the 5x5 intermediate for 2 months, saw amazing gains in bench, squat, row, and deadlift, other lifts seem much easier too
Though in doing the 5x5 I was preparing for a modeling gig this month, thats done and over with. I realized with the 5x5 I didnt gain size (maybe on my back) or weight. Perhaps that was from my lack of eating 3000-4000 calories per day, i basically cut down to about 2200 or lower.
*My objective is to stay lean, but bulk, like those guys you see on mens health - that's my ultimate goal, be on the cover
Now how can I do this, which supplements should i maybe take, I have a good diet but basically i want your advice on how I can do this. Thanks alot!
*Hypertrophy training? I know in the 5x5 i've lost some size on biceps and such, but definitely pushed out the veins and made me an all around stronger guy.
I need to stay lean due to possible gigs!
