Just wanted to give a heads up that Orbit will be getting in the new "Cinnamon Roll" BIG BLAST. The stuff is AWESOME!

Tastes like a Drakes Coffee Cake milkshake!

It's definitely meant to be mixed with milk. I personally like to add some molasses -- yep molasses. It give a bit more bite and is a nice energy source pre-workout and a good replenisher post workout.

It's nice to have a variety of flavors so not to get bored with the same thing. I like chocolate but I can only have it so much. The Tropical orange and fruit punch adds a nice change of pace, but I've been hooked on this Cinnamon Roll flavor. I have it every day before hitting the gym and I still love it.

depends on how much you use, for a full month i would say to get 2 2lb tubs, we are also in the works of getting some 5lb bags but that is weeks out.

i think from what i have read, i would see it as more of a MRP then just whey.
