New Bench PR!

Ok.... my bench sucks. Im 6'2'' so its hard to bench with my monkey arms. Weight right now is only 248 at about 12- 13%.
I warmed up with 135 a few times and 225.
Working sets it did 245 and 265 all for reps for 8. I felt pretty good and said what the heck, Ill try 315. I wanted to try and get 2. So i tried it, and i got 5 reps! that felt good... too bad no one was watching me or else I would have been a little more motivated, or i wish i had some killswitch engage plasting in my ear, lol... next step is 350.
 
yup... going up ever week tho. why do u ask... not a lot of weight for my size huh? haha

6-2 250 seems pretty large to me.

Grats on the PR. I suck at benching and the hardest for lift for me to make progress in.

Right on! I'm 6' and 225. You don't sound small, at all. I've got shoulder probs and am still working on 275 for reps. I started at 185 and want to be a 10-12% 250.
