Well this is my 1st real post. My friend told me about this site and said i should check it out and ask for help.

I'm trying to get back into working out. I been out of it for 2 yrs and only been back at the gym for about 2 weeks. I have a few pills laying around that i got a year ago. They are WINSTROL and D-BOL. I'm not sure what to do? SHould i work out for a bit longer and take them or just take them now?

Someone clue me in on this?
My main goal is to gain an additional 15 lbs and be a bit more cut. I'm not going for huge gains just to get back where i was 2yrs ago.

My goal is to be 210lbs at 6'3" and about 6-9% body fat. Which is where i was more or less 2 yrs ago.

Right now i'm about 194lbs... and not sure of body fat but it must be up there.

help me out.... suggest a diet or link me to where i can learn more about it.

WAIT!! Stay in the gym for a little while longer bro. Set realistic short term goals and then get on a solid routine and diet to achive them. As for the gear, D-Bol and Winny is not a good combo anyways, wait around, research and you'll find a cycle to fit your goals when your good and ready. If you need any diet or help with a routine then hit me up in a PM or e-mail and we'll go over something for you.

so in other words...nothing thats over the counter will help. unless i go and spend money on the real deal like dbol and winstrol and other stuff thats out there?
 
can someone point me in the right direction of what my diet should consist of... and also what time and what i should eat.

may be some of you can give me examples of what you eat in a course of a day or a week and also on days off.
