I am Getting back in shape i use to wrestle for high school and was in great shape then but now im a single father of 2 which pretty much take up most my time i get about 4 days a week where i can hit the treadmill and get a decent 2 hour work out when i don't have the kids. I would like to get back into shape just as i was 6 years ago for wrestling but cant really afford all the down time my ideal weight is 200-210. at the moment im at 263lbs in more of a Buddha shape if that makes sense lol. I am on a decent diet but its always taken me quite a bit to drop weight even with a heavy workout and lots of cutting. Is there anything that i could use to help speed up my fat burning along with cutting down my down time and soreness? if so please help me! thank you and i appreciate your time.

(STATS) 6ft 263 lbs if i had to guess my bodyfat id say mid to high 20's a year ago i was at 23 so im sure its a bit more now :(

cant recommend AAS for your situation bro. no magic pill exists.

gonna have to remember your wrestling days of trying to make weight and the hardwork you would do running and keeping a strict diet to drop those pesky pounds before weigh in.

I would do walking/jogging EOD along with a catabolic diet of fruits/veggies/lots of water. and the weight will come off. you can throw in a fat burner like the one i use from ironmaglabs.com .. its in my signature.

You mention a decent diet. Post your diet up in the diet section so they can take a decent diet and make it a great diet. That is absolutely vital. Also with that high of bf, aas is usually not recommended as it will increase certain sides, blood pressure, etc......

Bro at your size you are much more then 20%. No slam intended.
What you should do as soon as you read this is PM RADAR.
The man it titz on diet help.
Also you should consider doing complexes during your workouts.
Typically I dont advise cardio but in your case I would say yest to Steve's suggestion above. Walk jog as long /far as you can BUT you are not racing anybody here. Go for length of time at a higher activity level.
Good luck and dont leave us in the dark....Keep posting!

thanks a lot for all the input guys ima try out a catabolic diet see how much that helps. i'll keep everyone posted on any changes thank you
