New and need some help

I am pretty new at this all and would like to know the best way to get bigger and also increase strength. I would like to know also what to eat and when to eat it whether it be before or after a workout. All suggestions and help would be excellent! Thanx :)

use correct form
be patient
and as said before eat, eat, eat.
also get enough sleep, that's when you grow.

Ok, to GROW you need to eat and lift.

Protein I would rcommend higher than 1lb per pound at least 1.35 to 1.75, whichever you finds works best.
Carbs around the same
Fat at about .35 your Lean muscle mass

get a good meal replacement, creatine, Whey protein, EFA, Glutamine, and maybe a prohormone.

Workout cycle high volume with moderate volume every 6 weeks.
