keep in mind my stomach is only so big and it seems like i cant eat enough to grow without my metabolism burning it off. let me know what you think or any changes you suggest
honestly if you do a cycle you will probably see moderate gains... but if you continue your diet as-is... i would expect you to lose most... if not all... your gains...
