This is false. If there REALLY was a danger -- the FDA would've put out an advisory or told men to use condoms. but they didn't. Bunch of 2nd rate scientists spewing out garbage.

BTW, finasteride is a danger to any pre-adult male, although I don't think you should worry about this as much. Puberty makes plenty of DHT lol

I wouldnt take the risk, most people seem to say dont take withing 4 weeks of trying to have a baby. Make it 8 to be on the safe side. Just use rogaine and Nizoral or nioxin, the topicals should be ok. And stay off any cycles for that time.

you must be careful during the entire pregnancy.

you CAN use finasteride as long you are not stupid. get the 1mg pills and forget about the pill cutter. use a condom when having relations with your pregnant wife. Simple as that. I would wear a hat while using the spiro cream, even in bed.

OMG, I think I`m done with this... I use the Spiro cream too and sometimes wear a hat and sometimes not. It`s probably all over my pillows. My child used to love playing with my hair, now I tell her she can`t touch it at all. She has`nt touched my hair in months. lol Not because I knew of these precautions, I was just using common sense. No way I`m using a condom with my wife, I`m gonna use up these pills and stop using before we conceive and for good. Maybe go back on in the future if I do a test cycle...

I`m gonna finish all my products up and maybe give it one last try with Nioxin. This was a big letdown today.

its not just one link, but if I find online versions of the primary journal articles, and its free, I will post.

but you can do your own research, please don't rely on my word.

there are no recorded consequences for female fetuses or girls that I'm aware off.

the danger is really only for male fetuses. If your fetus is female, I wouldn't worry too much.
