protein shake in very cold milk with ice crystals in !!!!

somehow the protein has stuck to all the ice crystals and is refusing to dissolve.
I have left the little bugger to warm up and hopefully make it dissolve, but no luck at all and its been sittin there for 10 mins with my body crying out for protein.

any adivce ?? i was thinking microwave but the only cup i have it metal and i'm a little concerned that somethign dodgy mite happen!

4 physics exams next week? You are taking 4 Physics classes at the same time? That does not make sense. Physics courses of study usually build on each other. 1 or mabye 2 per semester or quater is the most you can take.
