i dunno if it's a prescribed med , where i live i don't need a prescription to buy it and i buy it from pharmacies it's used in BB and hrt from a long time now and easy to obtain locally in most countries and on the net, plus a low dose of it doesn't do any harm and better than all otc products as it's tested and documented in several studies for many different diseases (hyperprolactinemia, parkinson...) and situations (like libido issues on hrt or pct) after all it's a dopamine agonist and dopamine is the main neurotransmitter of the brain and nothing can go wrong in a little more dopamine. i personally take it all year long with some minimal breaks at a dose of 0.5mg/w or 0.25mg twice a week with my hrt regimen and it's not prescribed to me but after researching it well i concluded it can be ran safely at a low doses like that and get the full benefit from it with virtually zero sides.
