Here is the Nutritional breakdown...

Total Fat 10g
Total Carbs 26g
Fiber 11g
Sugars 0g
Sugar Alcohol 4g
Protein 17g

Now I know you deduct the Fiber and the Sugar Alcohol to get net carbs.. but what else is being deducted?
