Some low-carb bars have "non impact" carbs in them and list net carbs as something like a gram even though it has 15 g on the label. I know fiber doesn't count, but what about everything else? Will other "non impact" carbs kick you out of/keep you from entering ketosis?
The "non impact" carbs are listed, I think glycerin and some others.

Also, what's the deal w/ citric acid and ketosis? I need to avoid it but it is in EVERYTHING!
