C, what are you looking to do with it? Establish credibility for personal clients? Work in a gym setting? If I were just going to get something to say I had something, or to get PLI, I would go with the cheapest. If I wanted to be well respected among peers, I'd go ACSM or NSCA. What do you intend to use it for?
