So much talk about protein absorption in the intestines and the villi being able to absorb what you ingest. Where's the colon cleansing product?

I've used Dr. Natura's product and it was decent enough, although expensive. The cleaner the villi and surface area in the intestines the greater nutrient absorption would be from all these amazing products. I think this might be something to look into producing in the future.

Besides, you can't help but smile when you take a 5 foot long deuce that looks like an anaconda in your bowl

Good to know I'm not the only one. Sometimes
I wonder where the fuck do I store so much shit!
I always clog the crapper!

Coincidentally I was looking into these this weekend.

The Natura stuff worked? You have any experience with the Colonix bidness?

It did work, and I thought it was a good product, but I can't say that I have tried any other colon cleaning products, so I have no comparison. It didn't leave me bloated, gassy or getting urges to take a dump at an inopportune time. I was pretty much on my normal schedule of two or three times a day, but each one was a blow out. You feel good an empty after each evacuation (I believe that's the proper term) and you feel like you can pack in lots more food.

The DVD that came with it was interesting as well. It will try to convert you into eating a raw only diet, which I'm not against, but I need my meat and protein. There are other interesting tidbits of information in the DVD about all natural remedies for fighting cancer and illness with mega doses of Vitamin C and superfoods. I'm into all that stuff, its interesting, but I'd rather drop 30 buck on protein over 12oz. of goji berries :rainbow:

Overall it was a good product and currently have some in my pantry waiting for another round of cleansing.

And in my opinion, quite possibly one of the most underrated and overlooked aspects of diet, nutrition, supplementation, and bodybuilding.

Not a bad idea. For now, try casera casadra, chlorophyll, Triphala, apple pectin and psyilium seed powder. That'll do it.

I also always felt chitosan was a pretty good overlooked supplement.
