If I cut properly, I will be the biggest I have ever been at a lean bodyfat percentage. In addition, I will also be the strongest I've ever been. At 32, I just think that's pretty amazing and a huge testimony to proper training and diet.
Now, if I can just add the athleticism (POWER) that I had in college (36" vertical - my little 5'8" self could dunk a women's basketball) and the flexibility, I'll be pretty amazed and will have learned a tremendous amount more than I thought I would.
I'm currently fluctuating between 202 and 203. And if I don't keep setting PR's, I'm going to have to switch the training around until I do. I wrote in a thread the other day that I fully intend to deadlift 500 at 190 lbs., and I WILL do it. I have some thoughts on what training MAY be necessary to make that happen, but we'll have to get to that later.

I'm working out some theoretical stuff in my unstable brain.
I am certain we will have some discussions down the road.
