Incline: 135/165/175
Lat PD: 105/120/135
Wednesday's workout: 6 sets of 3 for speed, except cleans, which we just played around with while relearning form. No bands.
Cleans: worked up to easy 225 triple.
Deadlift: 225 lbs.
Bent Row: 115 lbs. - probably a little too light
Bench Press: 145 lbs.
