Squat Clean: 110/135/165/193/
225 - PR****, with video on the way. I have tripled the Power Clean at that weight, but I have never fully cleaned it. Also, this is the first time I jerked 225.

I am SO glad I taped it. I really need someone to watch my regrab. I'm getting more comfortable, but
the regrab IS UGLY. It's forcing me backwards, and I need some coaching on this one. I'm self-taught on the Olympic lifts, so let's see how much trouble I'm in.
