glad you found her and for anyone saying one breed is worse than another because of dog attacks...the highest stat for a while was golden retrievers, I think its graduated to shepherds at this point
the myth that pitts jaws lock is just that a myth, they are tenacious though once "on" which is probably why you see so much damage when they do attack
but so are..any hunting breed, any herding breed and obviously any pit fighting breed or protection breed

and you can't leave a child around ANY dog...I don't even leave my kids unattended with my silkie terrier mix and he weighs about 12 lbs
you especially can't leave a child in a swing around a dog because it excites prey drive. That story where the baby was dismembered by the lab is just sickening but its 100% the fathers fault for leaving a small child in a swing with a dog without any supervision.

and I'm not telling my story...I shouldn't of said as much as I did..a few people on the board know some of the story and thats too many people

i've had someone hit my dog with a car before, i wasn't mad at her cause the dog got out and it wasn't her fault the dog ran into the street.. but for someone to pull a Zimmerman and go around with a gun looking for something to shoot they deserve to die. that old fart sounds like someone who hates his life and likes to kill things for fun and will find any excuse. its a dog this time, next time it will be a kid and so on.

Toy dogs are the worse bitters, they just have a milder bite, but fuckers do it often, nip at kids arms and hands.

It appears it was a pit mix. The family was surprisingly normal and responsible people. They said they bought it from a specialty breeder about 4-5 years ago as a puppy; never having an issue until now. I'm friends with the doctor that 'treated' the infants mangled corpse. I spoke to her in length about it last week. I just don't understand why anyone would take that risk with kids around. There are plenty of other dogs out there that show the same loyalty and affection you need in a pet.

East of the 15 (but south of Escondido) is pretty white.

Coastal - Carlsbad, Cardiff, Dell Mar and down to La Jolla is pretty white too (lot's of white trash along the coast though)

Another story I just remembered. My cousin is a veterinarian and was a pit bull supporter for many years. He had a full blooded pit for many years, from puppy. He came home one day and found their three cats mauled to death by the dog. The worst part is his young daughter had to witness the resulted bloodbath. The dog was subsequently put under for good reason.
 
I used to work with a bodybuilding murse in the ED...he was in fact gay however

Not too much white trash in Del Mar and La Jolla though. PB, MB, OB for sure. Sunset Cliffs, PL, and Coronado, no. IB is messicans.

I had a long conversation with a coworker recently. She knows a fair number of male nurses and they are, in fact, all faggots. I just don't understand why someone who's not a faggot would go into a female dominated profession when there are so many more masculine professions.

the money's pretty decent and there are literally thousands of career options. Nursing is a damn good profession for anyone, male or female. I hope you never end up in pdaddy's ER.

it pays well, its rewarding and despite some complaints by quite a few in the medical field it can have some kick ass shifts plus the bennies are generally very good..again dependent on where you work

Troo, I can get a job literally anywhere without a problem, pick up overtime and double time easily, have many fields to choose from and is a great stepping stone to other careers ie Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Anesthetist... All the while having my employer paying my tuition.

There are in fact the same number of male:female ratio in our ED. Times are changing Cletus, don't miss the boat! Next thing you know women will be allowed to vote too...oh the insanity!

not to mention all the nurses working for drug companies and medical device companies too in sales or consulting roles. There are many technical positions that employers fill with RN's too. You could become a PA, specialize in ortho, with implant procedure knowledge, learn the business side of that, and in a few years go to work for plunkey and make up to $750K/yr.

The downside is that zwhit will still call you a faggot. lol
 
PA can be a step but generally nurse practitioner is easier to step into because PA is the medical model vs the nursing model of education
they obv know and do the same shit but theyre different types of education model

Would you rather get hit by a Prius ( can't remember what pussy car you exampled) or a Semi truck? My mother and sister both have Corgi's and I have a lab. While helping my Lil sis train her puppy Corgi in letting go of a treat or bone the little fucker lashed out at me and bit me twice. It punctured my finger and the meat between my thumb and finger. Instead of going to the hospital I grabbed some paper towels and stopped the bleeding. My lab which is much larger of course has never even so much as growled at me. When they play they often try and dominate my lab and snap at her (which is in their nature to herd) but she plays along. However, there are amd have been a few moments when she's had enough and she flips the script and fucks those two up.

Many small dogs bite and they bite way more often than larger breeds however when they do bite it is much ore serious. Car accident on your street at 25mph or freeway at 65? Pit bulls are no joke to fuck with bit if raised accordingly and lovingly they are some of the most loyal and brave best friends man could have. Bottom line those parents who left their baby alone with an ANIMAL any animal are dumb as fuck. Dogs don't recognize infants as people until their ate around 2 years old anyway. Until then an infant is to them but a squirrel that got in the house.

My parents corgi and my sisters has bit me 100% more times than my larger dog. Nobody needed to go to the ER but if my Lab had bit me or some one I don't how anyone wouldn't have to go to the hospital because of her strength. So feel free.....come on over!
