Hey fellers,
Just postin up my log here. I started Needtomusclemuscle.com 's shredder stack which is beastdrol, katanadrol at 3 caps (ea) ed. I also have the forged liver support and some lipoflame.

My beginning stats are 6'2", 245 at 20-22%bf and 26 years old. I usually weigh myself on the digital scale at my gym but it was broken on Monday (battery died). I weighed myself a few days before, so I am going with that. I did weigh myself on the other scale at the gym and the balance was off.

The workout plan I have going is the same I have been doing for the last few months, the Omega Training. I really can't explain how the training goes because of because Omega told us not to give away his secrets, but I feel safe to say that it is higher reps, slow controlled movements. No big weighs here! rest is 45 seconds inbetween sets and no more than 2 minutes between exercises.

I have done a chest, back and leg workout already. Great pumps after the first set. during my back workout, I don't know if it was the lights, but veins started poppin out of my shoulders neck!! I seem a littler tighter this morning, maybe because after sleeping, but I am very happy so far.
I did start this cycle a few weeks ago but had to stop after like 2 days because of some medical stuff, which was going on before I started this cycle, but the next 4 weeks will be intense and brutal! Diet will be around 2600-2800 cal depending on workout/non workout days.
Today will be a back workout and I will post again after that.



* this is my first cycle in about 4.5 years. First cycle was test/dbol. I hope to drop 20 lbs fat (fingers crossed) and add about 10 lbs of muscle.

Had my back/bi/rear delt workout yesterday. HAd a very good pump! Not even 1 week in an I am noticing I am a bit tighter. I sucks when you're in the gym and you see someone a little bigger than you and it makes you feel even smaller.... time to get huge!
I did some carddio after, then played some volleyball for a few hours. I was exhausted!
chest day today!
 
The Volleyball is sucky when the lower back pumps really kick in.........so get it while the gettins good!

Take some taurine and/or magnesium to help with the back pumps. I can't wait to start my cycle. Strongly leaning towards just Epi-strong but may go for a Beastdrol solo run. I'm so indecisive. :evil:
 
I would stock up on that combo to the max fyi,,its amazing

Seriously tomorow I'm going to get two more SS stacks, some Amp02 and enough protein bars to literally crap bricks!

Thanks for the info on lower back pumps too!
 
woke up this morning to finally see some obliques poppin out again! man it's been a long time since I've seen those! did a tiny bit of cardio. I have legs today.

Yesterday had another good chest workout, my tricepts were freakin poppin out they were so damn pumped!
But I had to see a guy that was huuuuge benchin like 330 like nothing. seemed like he was 280 or something, huuge chest and then I felt small....
Then I see Batista the wrestler or something last night and that guy is like 290-300 or something huge... man.
Time to go pump it up!!

Leg workout yesterday was insane, sucked, but in a good way. Tortured those things
Did a little cardio today.
Tomorrow is a back workout!
 
Well everything is going great so far.
I started my weight around 240-242ish (when I got back into the cycle after a 2 week absence) according to my (new) gym's scale. It's tough because the scale isn't balanced the best. I am now around 248-250 and noticably a little leaner. I am not even a full 2 weeks in.
Chest day was great. Full pumps for my chest, front delts and tri's during and after my workout. Today is back day!
 
well switched gyms (again) lol to a planet fitness cuz its wicked cheap, $10 a month. This morning empty stomach I went in for some cardio and this digital scale said I was 240.3. Which is waay off from my other gyms old school scale ( said I was about 252). One is probably off. But it's good to see weight going down, but it's a little mindscrew that I am loosing and not gaining some weight. This is start of week 3 for me. I hear this is the real deal week for gains. 2 more intense weeks for solid gains!!

I did legs yesterday. opened with some leg extensions while waiting for leg press. did some calf raises then to my smith squat. Still trouble with doing my 95 lbs squats for the full 20 reps. I am going too slow I beleive. A solid 8 seconds per rep. I can do 315 easily, but I don;t like doing reps like everyone else that's all movement and no control. I like doing reps slower to really feel the muscle worked, tense, and then contracted. But I think I can go a tad faster on these.
I cant stand seeing people throwing the weight around doing half second reps and calling it a rep and them thinking they are getting a work out. 80-90% of the people I don't even see them breating hard.
OK rant over, lol.
So I will go back to my old gym tomorrow. Still have a week or so left on there just to see what their scale says adn if the 2 are still 10-12 lbs off, then I will put a real weight on them and see what they really say. lol
But the mirror scale is working out nice. :)
 
So is the shredder stack the set of miracle drugs i need to take to loose weight???? Or is that not what your using it for..... Cause I was at 22% 5 months ago and changed my diet and doing a shit load of hiit cardio and Im only down to 13%. Maybe this is what I need to get down to 8!!!!!!!!

After a week or so, maybe down a .5%? I don't know exactly. I'll take some pics after I am done next week to evaluate my progress. Sitting down and ncie to see the top 4 abs really topping out. they are getting more defined. So I'll just be happy to be under 20% when im done!
I'm at 248-250, my scale at my gym is not the best. I took weight this morning empty stomach and it was sitting at 248.
 
248 this morning empty stomach before some cardio. Def leaner and look bigger. Back at the gym for chest wokrout and it's one of those days you just feel bigger and pumped up. awesome time!!
Also had someone asking me about my workouts and noticed I seemed bigger :)

Good Log man! Keep it up!! What's your weight so far , and how long into it are you?

Also I'd recommend always using 1 scale, and try scaling yourself at the same time or near same time of the day... Your weight changes depending on many things... water , ect so try and keep things even
 
Well.. im done.. ran out yesterday, lol. I was 250 tonight. Leg workout, and great workout nonetheless.
I'll get some pics up soon!
 
so im up 10 lbs on the scale, and lost some lbs of fat. very good for only 4 weeks. the last 2 weeks, even though I couldn't finish were great, huge pumps and felt awesome!
 
posted a couple new ab shots in there too! maybe another few more tonight after a workout!

i am about to start my first cycle and its the shredder stack
is this going to be too srtong for my first cycle?? should i take the 3 caps a day or lower the dosage
im 24yrs old, pretty lean about 76kgs and just looking to buk up abit aswell as get cut up

You're 167lbs (sorry had to calculate into lbs), how tall are yuo and how old are you??
 
needto what do you think of the shredder stack for my first cycle?? given my stats above
should i stick with the 3 caps a day of beast and kat?? or do you think its to strong for a starter cycle
is there anything else i need to know about doing the shredder stack
 
how long have yuo been training??
My honest opinion is to hold off until you are up to or close to 200 lbs.

Ya, I'd hold off for annother 2-3 years. I trained a good 10 years before doing a cycle. That way my base was pretty solid.
This was my 2nd cycle.
Others will say go ahead, but it's really up to you.

and if i do the 1 cap twice a day should i take 1 in the morning at 1 at night or 1 morning and 1 before a workout
