saw these better protein bars when ordering HCGenerate and unleashed....keen to try them but i read in the threads that all you need to do mix them and put them in the fridge, not even using an oven??
what is it that you need to mix the dry ingredient with? milk? honey? or what's the simplest thing or way to make these proteins?
sick of all the otc bars...hard to get good ones...

I use honey bro. Can be a little rough to stir but so worth it.
