I just want to take a sec and acknowledge the metamorphisis Needsize has made in his body over the last several months. I have been following the pics and he looks awesome! Great job bro, a lot of dedication and hard work obviously went into everything you did. This is nice to see in an arena where you get a lot of impulsive "wannabees"

Congrats bro, excellent job and I am jealous!

Yeah dude, and soon.................loved pics from that BB show you took second place, i thought you deserved at least first place due to your incredible mid-section.

Thanks guys, the before and after pics are up somewhere, but I'll throw up a few if I can find them. Not even 6 weeks after the show though, I'm up 60lbs and am the biggest I've ever been, and am only 10 days into this cycle...No one will ever edge me out for first again because they are bigger

thats is fucking awsome bro. absolutly fucking great. those pic are noy only sweet, they spark alot of motavation in other bros trying to look the same and accomplish those same goals.thats 1st place in my book bro.

I've used Needsize's 5x5 for the past few months and it is a great routine. I have lot of respect for him because of his discipline, and he only started juicing 2 years ago (I think?).

I would like to see pictures of what his foundation looked like before starting AAS. There are people that take more stuff than Needsize and have been juicing for longer and yet they don't look as good, but still it would be nice to see a natural pic.
 
Eaxctly, discipline and hard work! We all can use the juice but not all of us get good results b/c of lacking th other 2 elements!

I know I am not regimented enough to make myself look like that!

Needsize you look tremendous!! Amazing how you transformed your body.

Got a q. You dropped 55 pounds going from 235-180. Did you lose a lot of muscle you think trying to prep for your show? Do you think your bodyfat was a bit on the higher side when you started your contest diet? That seems like a lot of weight to lose, or is that normally how much one loses prepping for a contest?

Hey Mister, my bf was between 12-13% when I started, which really isnt very high. What I lost seems kind of average. I actually weighed 195lbs two days before the show, but dropped 15lbs of water in the last 2 days
 
the leanness in your face is night and day in those pics...any luck keeping that facial leanness since you've bulked up again?

i say that because i used to have a model jawline/cheekbones before i started lifting and now i just have a regular mildly puffy face. :bawling: :bawling:
and dropping to 4% bf would suck

of course i was also 125 lbs back then

My face was completely round a week after the show, it looked like a sponge. I've dropped a bunch since then and it looks way better, not as lean as the show pics, but more so than the before one. I'm married though so either way I'm not too concerned about looking pretty...
 
Any luck on getting pics of right before you started your very first cycle? And what were your stats as a natural?

Wow it's amazing how you can manipulate the human body eh!

Needsize are you going to try to stay under 10% bdf for your next show while bulking?

I'm sure because this was your first ever show you made some mistakes here and there. What mistakes did you make and what are you going to do differently, if anything, in preparing for your next show?

Outstanding transformation. I too am a competetor so I Know exactly what your talking about when you mention water retention after the show. Personally, It is by far and away most noticable in my face.

Question?? What diruetic strategy did you use and also post precontest diet if possible??

Also.....did you find the masteron was worth the money?

i am trying to stay as lean as i can this time, but the binging after the show made that pretty tough, and I'm still holding water too, my doc actually just prescribed me some diazide for that
For the next show, I'm not cutting stuff like bread and milk out at 16 weeks, I'll run it much longer. I also came in a little flat, so the carb loading will look different too

hairlossguru, I did 50mg diazide before bed thurs, 50mg friday morning, 25mg friday afternoon, and 25mg before bed, and came in bone dry so thats what i will do next time. i did think the masteron was worth the money, the combo of masteron/anavar is tough to beat
 
Fuck that picture is impressive for only 1 cycle (actually if it was after many cycles it would still be impressive).

What was your first cycle like (drugs, dose, duration)?

I'm assuming it was "bulking" cycle but it seems like you didn't gain fat on it at all.
 
First cycle was sust 500mg for 8 weeks, dbol 30mg for 4 weeks. I did gain some fat on that cycle, I was super lean before it as I had dieted down for my honeymoon a few weeks earlier. I had ten years natural training before that cycle, so I already had a good base

What was your weight before your first cycle, and how much weight did you gain on it? Also, what is your height?

And as all the others have said, very impressive pics...looked great in competition pic.
 
I was just under 5'9", 180lbs or so, at around 7% bf when I started my first cycle, I weighed 208lbs at the end of it. I was 135lbs when I started training

Training wasnt that different than normal, still trained heavy, first set of every workout was a heavy compound, ie, 500lb+ deadlift for reps. I didnt start dropping the weights till about 4 weeks out. I didnt do too much cardio either as I found my quads getting smaller every time I did some
 
Needsize, what's up with the cardio and smaller quads???

Same shit happened to me, as I'm cutting for 9 days so far. I did 15 minutes of cycling before workouts, and my legs had a harder time recovering and i definitely lost muscle there!

WTF I thought it was just me.

my trainer thought it might be intramuscular fat I was losing in my quads, but I'm pretty sure it was stright up mass
