for both bench and squat i have mostly been doing 3-5 warm up sets than one or 2 hard sets of 1-3 to falure.
i remember needsize once saying that he sometimes switches to 5 by 3 when he platoes on 5 by 5.
concidering that my max bench is about 275 what weight should i start out with and how long should my rest periods be?
