"Needle waste"

Each time we inject our AAS we waste some our our injectable in the needle.. The larger the needle (length or ga.) the more wasted..

What can we do to avoid losing juice like this?

My idea is to first fill the syringe with either 0.25cc or 0.5cc Testosterone enanthate (or whatever) so I inject the full amount I wanted and possible a little extra..

Think this would work?

Would the oil stay "separate" or would the enanthate just mix in?

Because the same amount was there when you first stick the dart in your ass, so it goes in anyways. after I take the needle out, I push the plunger very hard and that extra drop I rub it in my abs. Maybe stupid, but just my bad habit. Fuckin junkies.

If you mix oil with water based, there is a theory stating that it highly increase the risk of infection. Water gets absorbed very fast, oil very slow. If you have a water bubble trapped inside an oil deposit in your muscle, you are creating a bacteria farm right there...once the oil gest absorbed, the water is free with the whole zoo in your muscle.

true that.. but if I were using amps say..

the draw of the 2ccs wouldn't have me injecting 2cc..

maybe I should just vial up like 10 amps at a time and just do some overdraw..

You'd be surprised at how small the deadspace is in a 21-22 ga needle.

Do remember to pull back the plunger a little bit on your draw needle though, to suck the tiny amount of gear in the head back into the plunger. You'll still lose some inside the injecting needle, but you shouldn't lose any from the draw needle.

Also, don't you wet the injecting needle with a drop of the sauce anyway? If I let a drop work its back from the tip to the hub and back, it makes the needle slick and it slides right through the skin.

Let's say a 10ml vials 50.00 how many drops is in there? Divide that by 50.00 and you get .00231 cents lol

position yourself so the syringe is in an upright position when injecting. leave a little air in the syringe 1/8-1/4 cc will do. then the air stays bekind the gear. you will feal when the gear is all through. you have no waste this way.

Theres no problem with a bit of air because it's going into muscle tissue and will slowly be asorbed by the body.

Good to know. I would always be paranoid, even though nothing bad ever happened.

At first I thought, "Your really worried about what little is left in the needle, come on...", but when I loaded up 20 insulin pins with 4iu's each of botox from a 100iu botox vial (I constituted the 100iu vial with 1cc of NaCl soultion), I was left with NOTHING in the botox vial. Do the math. 20 insulin pins with 4iu's each is 80iu. I was short exactly 20iu from the 100iu vial meaning there was 1iu of non-used botox in each of the 20 insulin syringes. Well, if you are on expensive HGH and your taking 2iu's a day for 5 days on/2 off protocol, what am I actually not using of the HGH. It's all dependant upon the amount of fluid it's constituted with. Same thing for juice. If your test propianate is 100mg/ml, the tiny bit of needle waste is negligable but if your test is 100mg per 5iu (In theory) then the needle waste is a lot!

I'll see if I can find the detailed post where someone was instructing how to purposely keep a bubble of air in the back end of the syringe so push all the juice in. He even said you'll hear an audible pop and as long as you aspirate you wouldn't have any problems. Personally I'm not cheesing over wasted juice in the needle. I always seem to have some left over in the bottle that I can't do anything with....now that gets on my nerves.

He even said you'll hear an audible pop and as long as you aspirate you wouldn't have any problems. Personally I'm not cheesing over wasted juice in the needle. I always seem to have some left over in the bottle that I can't do anything with....now that gets on my nerves.

Well get a knife take the rubber top off and draw the rest out,alot of members do this,just be careful not to scrape the bottom and dull the pin.

I had heard the air bubble trick before but some people say it risks infection and the whole vein thing.. I may try it anyways though.

at my doc's office they put a little extra in the barrel for the needle lube/needle waste..

think I could take test out of amps and transfer into 10cc vials?
that way I could just do a little simple overdraw..

Aside from the fact that Joe D's response is on the money....I think maybe you have too much time on your hands?? A drop or two of test is some pretty trivial crap to be worried about bro.....let it go.

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. Draw with an 18g and shoot with a 22. You're going to lose some anyway you do it and moving the oil more than necessary is asking for contamination.
