i took two caps about three hours ago and i cant fall asleep, am i just inhuman or something ? lol

Thanks i trust ur products 100 %, i took two last night and it seemed to work but it was late when i took them, around 2 am, i gotta start forcing myself to sleep earlier, i feel relaxed and drowsy just cant seem to fall asleep, it might be stress cause i have a physical in the morning so i know i have to get up early, plus i have a headache.....question tho, can i take 2 caps with zma?

Do the 2 caps as previously mentioned. However try taking them both earlier in the evening, not at 2 am. If you take them around 10 and then just relax with limited stimulation going on around you they should take effect. Try just chilling out lying down with lights out and just the television on turned down low. Surely they will kick in and you will feel yourself ready to turn in for the night.
