Need Your Opinion On Home Gym Equipment...

Which item do you think is more important to have as part of a home gym?? An adjustable Ab bench? Or a Roman Chair/Back Extension? Neither one is an absolute MUST have, but good to have around. Both items are made by Tuff Stuff and have a lifetime warranty. They are both what many would consider "Gym Quality". So, what do you think???

roman chair. you can do abs anywhere, roman chairs are great for the lower back. or you can just do some gms.

I hope I'm right in assumng that you are referring to a Hyperextension chair for low back, right? If yes, then I'd go with the Ab chair, as I feel you get enough low back/spinal erector work on Deads, assuming you are doing them(which, if you post here, I assume you probably are:D:D

From Zero, realistically, it's not an option right now because I don't have $500-850 to buy either machine. The dealer at the shop is letting me have either item for $200.00. They normally run $300-325.

How about going back to the shop that is selling the two items you are asking about and do a set ot two on each piece of equipment and see what feels best for you.

Actually...... having both would be the best of both worlds. You can always buy one now and next year or whenever buy the other piece of equipment.

Or...... you can do what I do. No direct ab work at all !!!!
I have a very good six pack, lower abs and obliques and its all from years of doing the big basics..............

your lower back is one of your most important body parts and abs are worked with almost every exercise that you do. so hyper-ext is the ay to go. one last thing, your girl will look very nice at 90%.
